Sometimes your sessions will be covered by your health insurance. Every situation is different and we will definitely help you figure out any insurance coverage. You don’t have to have health insurance to get started though, sessions are attainable through private pay.

Sessions vary based on your needs. But, our goal is to make quality therapy and life coaching available to those who need it so we can work with your budget.

Life Coaching is different from therapy because it is a comprehensive approach to your life and the goals you want to achieve. Therapy can also be used for processing events and feelings, and understanding behaviors and emotions. Life Coaching is focused in the here and now. It can be compared with solution-focused therapy.

Lilyan provides in-person sessions in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She provides virtual therapy sessions for patients located in the USA. Life Coaching can be provided through telehealth for every world citizen.

For therapy, it is important that you are a US citizen, as Lilyan’s psychotherapy license is CA related.

The frequency of your therapy and/or life coaching sessions will depend on your goals. During your consult, you will work with Lilyan to come up with a schedule that works for you and ensures you reach your goals.

Because of Lilyan’s extensive background in behavioral therapy and psychology and spirituality, there are many methods of treatment that are utilized. Only methods that Lilyan deems suitable for your goals and personality will be utilized during your journey.

Some of these methods are:

  • Coaching
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Career coaching
  • Evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
  • Family/Marital therapy
  • Holistic coaching (including sound therapy and meditation)

Upon request, Lilyan can include meditation and sound therapy in the sessions. For sound therapy, Lilyan will use various instruments, like gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and more. It is advised to have the sound therapy in person, which is in Amsterdam or Los Angeles.
